Alternative Healing Network

About Us

The Alternative Healing Network, (a 501(c)3 non-profit) is dedicated to improving accessibility and promoting the use of integrative or ‘alternative’ healing arts through educational events, a series of ‘floating’ community clinics, and by 2008, a research branch to help prove the efficacy of these modalities to the medical community, insurance companies and the public alike.

We believe that both Western and “Alternative” medicine should be integrated for use together in hospitals and other institutions. We acknowledge the benefits of Biomedical surgery, lab tests, and pharmaceutical development as essential in maintaining health, but there are often ‘alternative’ therapies, which can be used on their own or integrated into other treatment plans for the best overall patient care.

We also believe that modern research trials are not conducive to proving the efficacy of an energetic or spirit based medicine and hope to help create a new standard.
